Our 2019 El Beyda is our first release Grenache Blanc. It has taken a while to get the vineyard established but now it is firing.
The fruit is hand picked and spends a day in the press on skins. After which the juice is pressed into oak barrels for fermentation. We then stir the lees for a few months before bottling.
honey, nougat and peach on the nose, the palate is medium bodied with soft acidity and savoury texture.
